 Should you find it necessary to return an item, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that the item is returned to us in its original condition. Please send your purchase in its original packaging and fill out the enclosed return/exchange form. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package for the full retail amount. Attach the label supplied on the bottom of the form. Upon completion of your return, we will e-mail you a confirmation. Unfortunately, items that have been engraved, embossed or monogrammed may not be returned. If you need to exchange your item for any reason, please complete the return/exchange form and ship the item back to us. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise we will send the replacement.* Please note that items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.Â

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
